To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify 11k promptly of any changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 11k. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 11k reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any Balance held across those Accounts without prior notice.
11k may require you to complete identity verification at any point during your use of the Platform, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any significant change in account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 11k may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 11k will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 11k immediately via support@11k.today.
All Accounts on 11k are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Once an Account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. There is no facility to hold multiple currencies within a single Account.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 11k reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ৳200 per month against inactive Account balances. Where an inactive Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Users will receive advance notice by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable fees and subject to KYC completion) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure unless they have already satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

Funds deposited on the Platform must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. This requirement applies to real-money deposits and is separate from any Bonus Fund wagering requirements.
From time to time, 11k may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 11k reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its absolute discretion where it determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of automated betting software.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance. 11k is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original promotion terms.
All sports bets placed on 11k are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. 11k reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable sporting rules. In-play bets accepted after the outcome of an event is determined will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
All casino games available on 11k are provided by licensed and certified third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. 11k accepts no liability for software malfunctions occurring within a game provided by a third-party supplier; such disputes must be directed to the relevant provider.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game results — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — 11k reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and clear mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. 11k's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
11k may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. Where a winning bet or game result exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at that limit. Current maximum payout limits are published within the Platform's game and sportsbook rules pages.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11k Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently banned with all Balances forfeited:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 11k. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11k makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from error. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur and will not give rise to any liability on the part of 11k.
11k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 11k.today/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and forms part of the legally binding agreement between you and 11k.
11k may share your data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. 11k will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
11k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 11k will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Users via email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 11k is committed to resolving disputes with players fairly and efficiently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, you may seek resolution through any competent dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions is the governing version; in the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
